1. Biz kimiz?
minizyogames.com, Minizyo Games tarafından yayınlanır. Bu metin Türkiye'de 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) md. 10 kapsamındaki aydınlatma metni; Avrupa Birliği Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) md. 13; ABD'de Çocukların Çevrimiçi Gizliliğini Koruma Kanunu (COPPA) ve Kaliforniya Tüketici Gizliliği Kanunu (CCPA/CPRA); Çin Kişisel Bilgilerin Korunması Kanunu (PIPL) kapsamındaki bilgilendirmedir.

2. Toplamadığımız bilgiler
Ad, soyad, e-posta, telefon, adres, doğum tarihi, fotoğraf, ses, kesin konum, rehber, hesap ya da şifre istemeyiz ve toplamayız. Sitede sohbet, mesajlaşma, içerik yükleme, reklam, uygulama içi satın alma ya da sosyal ağ eklentisi yoktur.
3. Cihazında kalan bilgiler
Bazı ayarlar ve oyun ilerlemen tarayıcının yerel depolamasında (localStorage, sessionStorage) tutulur. Bunlar sunucumuza gönderilmez, yalnızca o cihazda ve o tarayıcıda durur:
- Favori oyunların ve son oynadığın oyunlar listesi
- Oyun ilerlemesi, en iyi skorlar, zorluk ve görünüm seçimleri
- Tanıtım ekranını görüp görmediğin, seçtiğin dil
Silmek için tarayıcı ayarlarından bu sitenin verilerini temizle. "Son Oynananlar" sayfasındaki "Listeyi temizle" düğmesi o listeyi tek dokunuşla siler.
4. Anonim kullanım sayımı
Bir sayfa açıldığında tarayıcın, her web sitesinde olduğu gibi, sunucuya IP adresini ve tarayıcı bilgisini gönderir. Biz bunlardan yalnızca şu toplam sayıları çıkarıp saklarız:
- Hangi oyunun hangi gün kaç kez açıldığı
- Ülke düzeyinde toplam (ör. "bugün Türkiye'den 120 ziyaret"). Şehir ya da kesin konum tutulmaz.
- Cihaz türü toplamı: telefon, tablet ya da bilgisayar
- Siteye hangi siteden gelindiği, yalnızca alan adı olarak (ör. google.com)
- Günlük tekil ziyaretçi sayısı. IP adresin, her gün rastgele yeniden üretilen ve en geç 2 gün içinde silinen bir anahtarla tek yönlü karıştırılır ve yalnızca sayma amaçlı bir istatistik yapısına (HyperLogLog) eklenir. Ne IP adresin ne de karıştırılmış hâli saklanır; sayı bir kişiye geri bağlanamaz.
"Şu an kaç kişi oynuyor" sayısı için açık oyun sekmesi yaklaşık 30 saniyede bir, sekme açılırken rastgele üretilen geçici bir numara gönderir. Bu numara cihazına kaydedilmez ve sekme kapandıktan en geç 75 saniye sonra silinir.
Bu sayıları sitenin çalışmasını izlemek, hangi oyunların sevildiğini görmek ve "Popüler" listesini oluşturmak için kullanırız. Profil çıkarmayız, kişiye özel içerik ya da reklam göstermeyiz, kimseye satmayız.

Yazı tipleri ve oyun kütüphaneleri kendi sunucumuzdan yüklenir; başka üçüncü taraf yoktur. Barındırma Türkiye, AB ve Çin dışında, ağırlıkla ABD'de olduğundan sayfayı iletmek için gereken IP adresi anlık olarak yurt dışına aktarılır. Bu aktarım sağlayıcının veri işleme sözleşmesindeki güvencelere (ör. AB Standart Sözleşme Maddeleri) dayanır.
6. Çerezler ve otomatik çeviri
Reklam ya da izleme çerezi kullanmayız. Bizim yazdığımız tek çerez googtrans: cihazının dili ya da bulunduğun ülke Türkçe değilse sayfa otomatik çevrilir ve bu çerez seçilen dili hatırlar. Çeviri açıkken Google'ın çeviri betiği kendi çerezlerini de yazabilir. Çeviriyi kapatmak için 🌐 menüsünden (oyunlarda ⋯) Türkçe'yi seç; googtrans silinir ve Google'a bağlanılmaz. Google hizmetleri Çin anakarasında erişilebilir olmadığından orada çeviri çalışmayabilir.
7. Çocuklar
Oyunlar 8–14 yaş için tasarlandı. Çocuklardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamayız ve hiçbir yaşta kayıt istemeyiz. IP adresi yalnızca sayfayı iletmek, güvenlik ve anonim sayım gibi sitenin iç işleyişi için anlık kullanılır ve saklanmaz (COPPA'daki "iç işleyişi destekleme" kapsamı). Bu yüzden veli onayı gerektiren bir işlem yapmayız. Çocuğunun bize kişisel bilgi gönderdiğini düşünen veli bize yazarsa o bilgiyi sileriz.
8. Hukuki dayanak
Sayfaları iletmek, güvenlik ve anonim sayım: sitenin çalışması ve iyileştirilmesindeki meşru menfaatimiz (KVKK md. 5/2-f, GDPR md. 6/1-f). Cihazındaki depolama yalnızca kullandığın özellikler (favori, ilerleme) için gereklidir. Otomatik çeviri: sayfayı anlayabileceğin dilde gösterme amacı; istediğin an Türkçe'ye dönerek kapatabilirsin.
9. Saklama süresi
- Anonim toplam sayılar: site yayında kaldıkça
- Son hareketler listesi (oyun, zaman, ülke, cihaz türü, gelinen alan adı; kimlik içermez): en son 500 kayıt
- Günlük karıştırma anahtarı: en geç 2 gün
- Canlı oyuncu numarası: en geç 75 saniye
- Barındırma sağlayıcısının teknik kayıtları: sağlayıcının kısa saklama süresi kadar
10. Hakların
Nerede yaşarsan yaşa şu hakları kullanabilirsin: verinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi ve kopya isteme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeye itiraz ve kısıtlama, rızayı geri alma, otomatik kararlara itiraz. Bunlar KVKK md. 11, GDPR md. 15–22, CCPA/CPRA ve PIPL md. 44–50 kapsamındaki haklardır. Kişisel veri saklamadığımız için çoğu zaman bir kaydı sana bağlayamayız; yine de her talebe yanıt veririz.
- Başvuru: minizyogames@gmail.com. En geç 30 gün içinde ücretsiz yanıt veririz.
- Türkiye: Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na şikâyet hakkın vardır (kvkk.gov.tr).
- AB/AEA ve Birleşik Krallık: yaşadığın ülkenin veri koruma otoritesine şikâyet edebilirsin.
- ABD ve Kaliforniya: Kişisel bilgi satmayız, hedefli reklam için paylaşmayız, hassas kişisel bilgi toplamayız. Global Privacy Control sinyali gönderen tarayıcılar için ek bir şey yapman gerekmez. Hakkını kullandığın için farklı muamele görmezsin.
- Çin: 14 yaş altı çocukların kişisel bilgilerini toplamayız. Sayfayı iletmek için gereken anlık işlem Çin anakarası dışında gerçekleşir.
11. Güvenlik
Site yalnızca şifreli bağlantıyla (HTTPS) açılır. Anonim sayıları gösteren istatistik paneli bir erişim anahtarıyla korunur.
12. Değişiklikler
Bu politikayı değiştirirsek güncel hâlini bu sayfada, yeni tarihle yayınlarız. Toplanan bilgileri artıran bir değişikliği sitede açıkça duyururuz.

1. Who we are
minizyogames.com is published by Minizyo Games (controller; contact minizyogames@gmail.com). This notice covers Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK, Art. 10), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Art. 13), the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and China's Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL).
2. What we do not collect
We do not ask for or collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, dates of birth, photos, audio, precise location, contacts, accounts or passwords. The site has no chat, messaging, uploads, advertising, in-app purchases or social media plug-ins.
3. Data that stays on your device
Some settings and your game progress are kept in your browser's local storage (localStorage, sessionStorage): favourites and recently played games, game progress, best scores, difficulty and display choices, whether you have seen an intro screen, and your chosen language. This data is never sent to our servers. To delete it, clear this site's data in your browser settings; the "Clear list" button on the Recently Played page removes that list.
4. Anonymous usage counts
When a page opens, your browser sends its IP address and browser details to the server, as with any website. From these we derive and store only aggregate counts:
- how many times each game was opened per day;
- totals per country (no city or precise location);
- totals per device type: phone, tablet or computer;
- the domain name of the referring website (e.g. google.com);
- daily unique visitors: your IP address is passed through a one-way hash with a random key that is regenerated every day and deleted within 2 days, and added to a counting-only structure (HyperLogLog). Neither the IP address nor its hash is stored, and the count cannot be traced back to a person.
For the "playing now" counter, an open game tab sends a random temporary number, created when the tab opens, about every 30 seconds. It is not saved on your device and is deleted no later than 75 seconds after the tab closes.
We use these counts to keep the site running, see which games are enjoyed and build the "Popular" list. We do not build profiles, personalise content or ads, or sell anything.

Fonts and game libraries are served from our own server; no other third parties are used. Hosting is outside Turkey, the EU and China (mainly in the USA), so the IP address needed to deliver a page is transferred abroad momentarily, relying on the safeguards in the provider's data processing agreement (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
6. Cookies and automatic translation
We use no advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie we set is googtrans: if your device language or country is not Turkish, the page is translated automatically and this cookie remembers the language. While translation is on, Google's translation script may set its own cookies. To turn translation off, choose Türkçe in the 🌐 menu (⋯ in games); googtrans is removed and Google is not contacted. Google services are not available in mainland China, so translation may not work there.
7. Children
The games are designed for ages 8–14. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children and require no registration at any age. IP addresses are used only momentarily for internal operations (delivering pages, security, anonymous counting) and are not stored, consistent with COPPA's "support for internal operations" exception, so no parental consent is required. If a parent believes their child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Legal basis
Delivering pages, security and anonymous counting rely on our legitimate interest in operating and improving the site (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f), KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)). On-device storage is needed only for features you use (favourites, progress). Automatic translation serves to show the page in a language you understand; you can switch it off at any time by choosing Turkish.
9. Retention
Aggregate counts: while the site is online. Recent activity list (game, time, country, device type, referring domain; no identifiers): latest 500 entries. Daily hashing key: at most 2 days. "Playing now" number: at most 75 seconds. Hosting provider's technical logs: the provider's short retention period.
10. Your rights
Wherever you live, you may ask whether your data is processed, request information or a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, object to processing, withdraw consent and contest automated decisions (KVKK Art. 11, GDPR Arts. 15–22, CCPA/CPRA, PIPL Arts. 44–50). Because we keep no personal data, we usually cannot link a record to you, but we answer every request, free of charge, within 30 days: minizyogames@gmail.com.
- Turkey: you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board (kvkk.gov.tr).
- EU/EEA and UK: you may complain to your local data protection authority.
- USA and California: we do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising and collect no sensitive personal information. Browsers sending a Global Privacy Control signal need no further action. You will not be treated differently for exercising your rights.
- China: we do not collect personal information of children under 14. The momentary processing needed to deliver pages takes place outside mainland China.
11. Security
The site is only served over encrypted connections (HTTPS). The statistics dashboard showing the anonymous counts is protected by an access key.
12. Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with a new date. Any change that increases the data collected will be announced clearly on the site.
